Data Network Solutions - Success Story - SLEDSLED: In early 2003 we began working with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, (SLED), Computer Crime Center to design network infrastructure and data security plans for new offices in Columbia, SC. Our early involvement lead to the complete implementation of their systems for servers, network, data storage and security. The initial implementation of the Hitachi Data Systems SAN was designed to centralize storage for all data confiscated from suspected criminals and used for development of case files against the individuals. This system saved SLED multiple hours of time and implemented secure storage for the data required for prosecution of the computer related crimes they were assigned to pursue.
